So I beat the game with the extended cut DLC on Luc Shepard. (aka. Handsome Manshep)

I picked the Control ending so he’s King of the Reapers now, but I feel…really, really awful, since he romanced Tali. :( Poor sweetie. I wanted to bawl when she told him, “I want more time,” and “I have a home,” and begged him to come back to her. I just.

So, yeah. Totally going to headcanon the fuck out of the Control ending so he and Tali can be toegther. MAYBE HE WENT AND GOT HIMSELF A RAD NEW REAPER BODY?

I’ll admit, I still get pumped up every time I defeat the Archdemon with my little city elf.

Is it weird that I only play Pandora and set up different listening stations whenever I’m playing WoW?

Typically I play without the in-game music on—except if I’m anywhere near the Exodar or the Isle, because the music is so relaxing—so I turn on Pandora as background noise.

I am also finicky on the music depending on which toon I play. I turn on my Ke$ha or Skrillex station whenever I play Rinasong. Gazlek, it’s showtunes or really cheesy pop songs. The rest, I’m still trying to figure out.

I’m thinking about making my druid, Gazlek, a healing druid. Since I tried healing on my shaman last night, I’m not as scared about approaching healing classes anymore.

So I was reading over some fic I wrote a few months ago, and I got to a part where Milana was described as a blue-skinned Draenei.

Then I was like: “… oh. oh yeah. that’s right. blue skin. oops.”

So I tweaked her a bit! Blue skin, just slightly darker than Colis’, with darker hair that seems to have an odd teal tint to it so it goes with her skintone. (It is most likely not her natural hair color.) Now it sort of…clicks with me. I FEEL BETTER NOW.

Granted, the second version of her in my head wasn’t too drastically different. She just had a lilac skintone instead. BUT it…bugged me, for some reason, and I didn’t know why until I read the fic. Not only that but it’s so hard to design characters and make sure they don’t resemble the ones that already exist. (If I make her too purple, she’s too much like Serren or Tsukima. If I make her too blue, she’s too much like Warcul. And then there’s the issue where I want her to look like her own person apart from Colis and not resemble him in any way, either. SEE, THIS IS WHY I AM AWFUL AT DESIGNING CHARACTERS. OH WELL. LEAST NO ONE ELSE IN MY HEAD HAS HER TEAL HAIR, RIGHT? :|)

I don’t even know why I’m agonizing over her appearance so much. She’s…not even alive in my personal canon. >_>; Watch me try and figure out Warcul’s family now.

Her name is Aceynna, and she is a friendly dwarf lady who tends to give all of her pets sickingly adorable names. (Her bear, for example, is called Cuddles.) Actually, she tends to give all of her friends/people she meets adorable nicknames, because much like James Vega says in Mass Effect, sometimes she thinks people need new names or nicknames because, in her opinion, their real names don’t really fit.

Welp, I just gave Colis his dual specialization. He’s enhancement and healing spec now.

I’ve never healed before with any toon.

The wifey and I are planning to have her warrior Worgen, Rhyder, and Colis go into a dungeon together with some random players. She will go, “Okay, well, I’m drunk, and Colis here never healed before, but LET’S HAVE SOME FUN,” yell at each other throughout the whole thing and see how many people we scare off.

Fun times.

(It also makes sense for Rhyder to announce he’s drunk since, IC, he’s always drinking. XD)

While I was fiddling around in character creation and debating on making a fem!Warcul (which I couldn’t, because the names I wanted for her were taken in a ton of realms, alas), I decided to design what Milana (Colis’ deceased wife) looked like. I’m not too sure about the purple headband, but I imagine she had very wavy/curly hair.

This is what I tend to do: I kill off characters, and then I start developing their backstory, what they were like, their personality and interests, etc, and instantly adore them. And since I started playing Dragon Age 2 the other day, and I decided to romance Fenris—the wifey and I both agreed one night, after consuming a couple of drinks, that Colis has Gideon Emery’s voice—I have it in my head that Mlana sounded like Jo Wyatt and she was a snarky vigilante who used to travel and get into all sorts of adventures with a merry band of misfits, and then she meets Colis, who was just a merchant and innkeeper at the time, and she falls in love ~~with his pies~~ with him.

I just decided to do this for funsies. I didn’t create any of them; fiddled around with some looks in WoW because the wifey asked what Colis’ deceased wife looks like, and somewhere in the middle I decided to offer my interpretations of what some of my toons would look like if they were genderbent.

So far, these are the professions I’ve figured out for my toons.

Warcul - Tailoring and Enchanting.
Edela - Leatherworking and Skinning.
Colis - Alchemy and Herbalism.

The rest, I haven’t decided, so I’ve picked gathering professions for them so they can save up mats or sell them in the AH. I might make Colis do mining for awhile to get some more gold for him. I haven’t gotten too far into his alchemy yet, so dropping it won’t be too huge of a loss. Rinasong was doing Blacksmithing, but much like Colis, she didn’t have a lot of money, so I’ve switched to gathering professions for her as well.
