Is it weird that I only play Pandora and set up different listening stations whenever I’m playing WoW?
Typically I play without the in-game music on—except if I’m anywhere near the Exodar or the Isle, because the music is so relaxing—so I turn on Pandora as background noise.
I am also finicky on the music depending on which toon I play. I turn on my Ke$ha or Skrillex station whenever I play Rinasong. Gazlek, it’s showtunes or really cheesy pop songs. The rest, I’m still trying to figure out.
For Colis, my Draenei shaman, this set or this one. Not very practical either, but it has an open chest, and you totes know he purposely wears this stuff more often once he and Serren get together. For reasons.
Welp, I just gave Colis his dual specialization. He’s enhancement and healing spec now.
I’ve never healed before with any toon.
The wifey and I are planning to have her warrior Worgen, Rhyder, and Colis go into a dungeon together with some random players. She will go, “Okay, well, I’m drunk, and Colis here never healed before, but LET’S HAVE SOME FUN,” yell at each other throughout the whole thing and see how many people we scare off.
(It also makes sense for Rhyder to announce he’s drunk since, IC, he’s always drinking. XD)
So far, these are the professions I’ve figured out for my toons.
Warcul - Tailoring and Enchanting. Edela - Leatherworking and Skinning. Colis - Alchemy and Herbalism.
The rest, I haven’t decided, so I’ve picked gathering professions for them so they can save up mats or sell them in the AH. I might make Colis do mining for awhile to get some more gold for him. I haven’t gotten too far into his alchemy yet, so dropping it won’t be too huge of a loss. Rinasong was doing Blacksmithing, but much like Colis, she didn’t have a lot of money, so I’ve switched to gathering professions for her as well.
It just, uh, occurred to me that I never talk about my WoW characters outside of the wifey, even though I play all of them on an RP server. We tend to write our own personal headcanons and stories of how our characters bounce off each other AND ROMANCESSSS, more than anything, but it’s still really fun. So, I’m posting some information about the ones I’ve got figured out by now.
Getting started on Isleen Shepard’s ME3 game. I fixed her lips a little, and she finally looks like Isleen Shepard to me. I had to adjust the height of her eyebrows, though; her eyes looked wonky in the cutscene with Anderson, so I had to go back and redo everything. I’m still wary that she’s going to look odd no matter what I do.
… I have to say, though, I really hate what they did with the red hair in this game. I loved loved LOVED the red hair from ME1 and ME2, but now all of them look Fire Engine Red. It’s awful.
Not to mention I had to fix her hair color and eyebrows. She came out as a blond, for some reason.
Think I’m going to make Warcul my companion and mount collector…even though, ICly, he isn’t a fan of riding animals, or anything that isn’t fluffy or adorable. XD
Still, when I look at all of my toons, the one that’s least likely to get tossed aside or DELETED FOREVER is him, especially since he’s the first one I actually liked playing.
I’ve been thinking about it since I accidentally discovered an Azure Whelpling, and I’m still debating whether I should sell it or keep it. On one hand, it’s a rare drop, and players are willing to pay a lot of gold for it. On the other hand, it’s adorable, it’s blue (which is a perfect fit for Warcul), and who knows if I’m ever going to get another chance to find it again?
